I am getting "Communications Not Available- the printer cannot communicate with the computer"

I can not print.  I am using an Lexmark All-in-one, it was working fine.  The only change I have done is changed my internet provider.  I have tried to turn on and off the printer, checked the plugs and I even tried two other local printers.  The computer recognized the new local printers and installed them, but I am still getting "Communications Not Available" which leads me to think it is the computer and not the printers, internet or wireless network.  I have an Aspire 7736Z running Window 7.  Any suggestions?

    With the help of a friend, I am now printing.  I had to uninstall all the printers, reboot my computer and reinstall with the install disc that came with the  printer.  WALLA, it works.
