Aspire V3-772G battery compatibility

Hello,

 

Quick question: my V3-772G came with the AS10D31 battery, and I also bought a larger capacity battery the description of which said "9 cell Battery for Acer AS10D31 AS10D51 etc", but the sticker on the item itself says "replace: AS10D51". Can I use it on my laptop, or is it incompatible?

 

Also generally, which spec of a battery should I look at while deciding if it is compatible with it?

AS10D51 is a battery which goes into the V3-772G so yes go for it !

 

Just bear in mind compatible batteries from 3rd party sources generally are of a lower quality and lifespan.

 

I have found ultimately it makes sense to buy the official part from the company itself as you will save money (and headaches) in the long run.

 

The choice is yours !
