Hello not sure how to ask what I need to, but here it goes...I have an Acer computer(I am going to write in the details) Aspire 5560G. Now I had an issue of the kids playing on it and downloading stuff that I didnt understand. My man came along and cleaned the computer for me, in that though I think he removed some programmes(maybe he didnt know what he was doing???, I wouldn't tell him that though...ouch!) and now I my acer crystal eye camera isnt working, I cant watch FB video's of the kids and my skype isnt going....Is all this to do with the camera? And if so, how can I resolve this issue?......

Please help me, someone who does know what they ARE doing....

Thanks Dulcie.

    Hi Dulcie

It sounds as if "your man" has uninstalled some programs - almost certainly your web cam software, and possibly others!

The first thing to do is to re-install your web cam software. The easiest way to do this is the following:

Click Start, All Programs, Acer, Acer eRecovery Management. When it opens, click the "Restore" option on the left hand panel, then select the "Reinstall Drivers or Applications" option. Under "Contents" look for your web cam software (usually Crystal Eye), then click on the install option.

This should now reinstall your web cam software, although you may need to restart first!
