Product key for Office 2007

Good morning,

I recently had to do a recovery on my laptop using the ACER build in Recovery.

When the computer recovered I am unable to use Microsoft Office because it is asking for the product code. I cannot locate my copy of the product code.

Does anyone know how I can retrieve it????

There is a way of retrieving the product key BEFORE re-installing Windows, but not since the recovery!

 

However, Microsoft may be able to supply you with a new key IF you have a valid proof of purchase. If you don't have any proof, you will have to buy another copy (or upgrade to Office 2010, or Office 365).
