Setup is starting services???

A couple of days ago, I resotored my Acer Aspire e1 531 to factory settings to solve the problems I have been having. However, earlier today, the computer had been acting up again and I decided to restore the OS but make a backup of everything on the computer (Second option in eRecover or whatever). It took me several hours but the computer reached a black screen and then mentioned that setup is starting services. Then an error popped up sayaing, "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation". So I clicked ok but this repeated several times until the point where the error did not show up anymore. Now it is showing up again and Im not sure of what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Why did you recover the system in the first place? Were you having troubles? The reason I ask, is it could be your hard drive.

You may try running recovery again, to see if it will complete without errors. If it does not, the hard drive may be failing, and you may want to have it tested, or to contact technical support to inquire about repair.
