acer aspire s3-391..the drive has been locked in which windows was installed

hello everyone plz help me with my problem.I have acer aspire s3-391 and i don't know what has happened with it.It was working correctly but one night i turned it off and when i turned it on next morning it was not working means the window was not starting. I tried troubleshoot the problem but no effect. ONE answer i got from the laptop during the troubleshoot was that the drive in which windows in installed is locked. this happened twice to my laptop . F or the first time i got my PC checked my a computer shop. they simply just re installed the window. plz help me through my problem. plz do answer as soon as possible

If you are unable to get the computer into Windows to start a recovery, my best suggestion would be to reinstall windows using recovery media. If you did not create recovery media on your system, I recommend you contact technical support in your region to inquire about ordering it.
