Acer Veriton N2620G keyboard/disconnect issue

We recently setup some new Acer Veriton N2620G thin clients in our call center.  After setting up an ICA connection, we discovered that if a user hits Num Lock or Caps Lock, it will disconnect the session...this can happen at anytime...logon screen, after they have been logged in for a while...anytime.  We are able to replicate this on all of our new Acer Veriton N2620G thin clients.  All of our existing Wyse thin clients work perfectly.  We have used existing keyboards, we used the keyboards that came with the new Acer's...same problem.  We setup RDP connections as a test and those function normally....they do NOT disconnect.

I've chatted with DeTOS (OS on the thin client) support and their tier 1 was zero help.  They tried to transfer me to tier 2 but I got a message that they were not open at this time....

Thin client info below:

Acer Veriton N2620G

BIOS version 2.15.1229

Operating System:  DeTOS 7.2.2    20130702

Any help help would be greatly appreciated.

FYI, this was an issue with the Citrix ICA Reciever version.  Support provided an update for the ICA client and it resovled the issue.
