I used avg disk doctor to check if there were any problems with my hardware. It got stuck at 27% for 24 hours. I restarted the PC and it would start up. It had errors. It would automatically go to recovery. I've tried all the F8 start up settings and still wouldn't boot up (file: \windows]system32\winload.efi error 0x000001). I also tried going into bios and it had a password. I tried 123456 and 000000 as passwords but that that wasn't the password. Lastly I tried F10 for the Acer E-recovery boot that wouldn't boot as well. It Every time I press F10 it goes directly to:

"Edit Windows boot options for: Windows 8.1

Path: \WINDOWS\system32\winload.efi

Partition: {d0a604c8-cedd-41cb-ab96-5277fa63525}
Hard Disk: {63ceb101-2553-4478-89ce-2268af6cbd21}

Someone please help me with this issue

    It definetly sounds like you need to recover the software or this could even be hardware related. I'm sorry the built-in recovery is not resolving your problem. When the system was purchased did someone create recovery media using  the eRecovery software? If not then I would recommend purchasing recovery media to restore the computer to factory defaults. If you are still having problems it may indicate that there is something wrong with the HDD partition or the HDD itself.

    As for the BIOS password that would have been set by the end user of the notebook. If you feel this notebook requires service, please contact Acer's technical support in your region.
