Warranty Questions

I bought a Referbished Acer all in one desktop on the 11th from NewEgg Model Number (A5600U-UB308), and Newegg advertised that the PC had a 90 day limited parts and labor warranty through the manufacturer.  However when I call Acer tech support the phone tree directs me to a 3rd party, pay for service, tech support.  

 

So what I'm trying to determine is if Acer actually does offer a limited warranty or if Newegg was incorrect.

    In the US warranty support for refurbished products is not handled by Acer directly. Your unit should come with warranty paperwork and this should point you to the correct support team. If you're not able to locate it feel free to private message me your serial number and I'll see if I can help.
