AC100 Setup questions

Hey Guys/Gals

I just purchased the AC100 micro server for my expanding business. This is my first atttempt with a server and I am no IT guy by any means. However I learn quick and figured I would be able to figure it all out. I installed Windows Server Essentials 2012 R2 and the RAID is setup at RAID 1 with two 1TB hard drives. My question is when I go into Disk management all I can see is Disk0 with the system partition and the primary partition I made. Windows is not recognizing the other HD but when I start up the server its showing both HD's as being there. Like I said I'm new to this whole server thing and RAID itself so I am not sure if windows is not supposed to see the other drive. Any help would be appreciated as well as any links to some good websites I should maybe check out to help me along the way.
