k135 does not see content of usb stick

It sees a usb-stick but does not read it, this way i cannot play media content and cannot update the firmware. 

The internal disk space is 2 gig instead of 4 gig, whats wrong with this projector?

    Is the USB flash drive you are using formatted in FAT32 or NTFS? Also in most cases the photos, video or audio should be placed on the root directory of the drive. After connecting the USB flash drive make sure you have the "Source" set to

    multimedia mode.

     

    When trying to perform a firmware update the same applies. The firmware files need to be on the root directory of a USB flash drive formatted in FAT 32/NTFS and plugged in with the projector off. When you power the projector on it will read the flash drive and the files. More detail about the firmeware update process can be found bundled with our firmware downloads from the support website.
