Aspire v3-531 shuts down unexpectedly

Hi there, I bought my laptop (Aspire v3-531), last July (2013) and I have been having problems with it ever since. The first week I had it, it suddenly stopped working and shut down. I took it to your dedicated technicians ,they said they fixed it and indeed it worked for 2-3 months without a problem. Unfortunately problem reappeared. It stops working and shuts down at irregular intervals and mostly when I first start it up. It might happen once, or many times repeatedly. Sometimes,(this is rare) before it shuts down a blue screen appears and at other times it just stops working. I have taken the laptop for service 3 times and every time the response I get is that “there is no problem with it”. The problem makes the laptop non-functional and I ask you to give me a solution to the aforementioned problem. I am tired of taking the pc for service and find no resolution. p.s. im running windows 7 (X64) and i have formated it without result. Thanks in advance

When it came in for repair the first time and the issue was resoloved what action was taken by our technicians? Does this happen on a clean install of the factory image? Once you install other programs/software does the problem then occur?

Hi, the first time i believe it was a memory problem(but to be honest i can't 100% remember ). That was in July and I’m not sure if current problem is the same with that. Then in November, Main Board got changed (as i was told) due to "loss of settings" -that's all the receipt says. But the problem occurred afterwards again and again. I sent it 2 more times for "repair" but no problem found. I formatted it again yesterday as a crashing during a win update made it useless. Now it has only win 7 (x64), acers drivers and chrome on it . It worked fine yesterday for some hours(after the format) and today when i tried to fire it up as soon as i saw windows desktop i got colored lines all over my screen (grafic card problem? ) and it freezed. So i turned it off and tried to start it up once more, but this time it went off without even load windows . I really don't know what to do apart from throwing it in the trash can!
