Hi everyone,  I have an Acer W500 with WIndows 8 Pro 32 bit installed. Works good except for some minor cutting out of the Bluetooth transmission to 2 new portable Bluetooth speakers,...I just had one going at a time, one is the minijambox and the other is an egg looking sony single speaker.

I've installed the bluetooth suite for win 8 off the acer w500 link and that went fine. I just get this crackling nd cutting out of the audio now and then....It seems to be ok when I turn off the Bluetooth mouse I use. Could it be I'm overloading the radio with 2 devices paired to the Qualcomm Atheros Combo wifi-bluetooth half mini PC-express card.

I also got the Atheros win 8.1 Bluetooth suite for this combo card off the acer website which is installed on an acer laptop (same card model) and it installed with one driver both the wifi and bluetooth radio as opposed to the win 7 or win 8 acer drivers for individual install of the wifi and bluetooth....same glitching with the bluetooth mouse on (note that the device manager  utility bluetooth button doesn't work with my install of this win 8.1 bluetooth suite.

I have since gone back to the bluetooth win 8 suite.

I also used an electronic non conductive spray that I used on the combo card  contacts and even sprayed and dried the combo card itself...Also checked the bluetooth circuit board double ended ribbon to the motherboard and sprayed these also and checked the speaker connector at least 2 times snapping it back in place....still some overload of the bluetooth radio.

Has anybody als gotten these symptoms and are their any remedies....is there maybe a shielding solution of some component on the motherboard that I have to do to get a clean radio transmission?
