w511 mobile boardband (3g) limited connectivity problem

I'm in Thailand. I use data via TOT 3g (run on 2100 mHz).

When I connect --> it show connected and i can access to the internet.

Then about 5-10 mins --> it show limited and i can't access to the internet.

And the diagnostic tool shows as image.

I must disconnect and reconnect --> I can access to the internet again.

I search for this problem --> no clear solution.

But this problem doesn't occur on the other sim card (true 3g run on 850 mHz)

Help me please!!

My W511 is up to dated; windows 8.1 and lastest modem driver.

    Sounds like something is overheating. Does any part of the back feel hot ?

    no

    sometimes just 1-2 minutes --> limited connectivity

    Then I usually try a TRACERT to something nearby like the provider DNS server and look at the RTTs. The problem may be at your provider.

     

    If this sounds like geek-speak, ask a 15 year old.

     

    Admit this sounds unlikely but is one more thing to check.

    Problem solved when i reset my w511 to windows 8.

    I think the problem caused by Heawei driver for windows 8.1.
