I have an desktop Acer Apire TC-603 i6714 NL = dt.sqxeh.019.

I supposed that bluetooth 4.0 and wifi are inside the desktop.

The problem is that in windows 8.1 I can't explore any wifi or bluetooth adapter or settings.

I bought this desktop in january 2014 and the second day I updated from windows 8 to windows 8.1.

I am showing that not all models of the Acer Aspire TC-603 come with the add-on card with built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities. The part number you provided seems to be one of these models that did not include the add-on.

You can check your Device Manager to view the installed hardware on your computer and if you are missing drivers. Open your Device Manager, then click the arrow next to Network adapters. Look for Bluetooth Device or a wireless network adapter listed or any exclamation marks or yellow marks. If you do not have any of these, then your product did not come equipped with the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth add-on card.
