I legally bought and paid for 3 x Acer Iconia A1-810 8" tablets. I have documentation proving this. The invoice clearly states that I purchased 3 tablets which gives me the right to 3 cash back claims.
I filled the cash back claims in and logded them together in the same envelopeon November 25th 2013.
Only 1 of them has been processed and now the ACER call centre staff told me that the other two are under investigation for possible fraud!!!
I have contacted the company I purchased these tablets from and they even tried calling the service desk to clear it up but they were told we have to wait for the investigation.
I am still expecting to get this resolved.
