my acer aspire S7's touch screen stoped working only have of the screen works as a touch screen. I can see the screen is fine it has no cracks in it but in the top left corner it look like under the white lining that the glass has broken. is this the kind of thing that can be replacable, and if so make a estimate on how much it might cost?

It seems to be an cracked screen (may be internal crack). Normally this wont cover under standard warranty. You will need to pay for the repairm uless you have purchased any extended warranty like Accedental plan for this laptop. You may contact Acer support team and check for the options.
