tablet purchased 12/6/11 repaired 4/12/12 and I can't talk to customer support?

so my SN is registered and expired as of 12/6/12 I had it repaired on4/12/12 I would think that would have extended my warranty until 4/12/13. but I cent even talk to customer support because my warranty has expired. now I have a hardware crash

can't recovery my tablet

    becuase no dount his sin number doesn't work or serial number that the online reauest for for online chat and or the irrating voice message system Acer has set up asking for such !!
