Acer V5-122P-0408 endless loop after start up

My laptop's running windows 8.1 it's been great for a while but today when I tried to sign in a message came up that said "Skydrive is currently unavailable" my theme went from orange to blue all my apps where gone and it constantly switched from desktop mode to start screen. On top of all that I can't click on anything, so I can't just do a factory reset. It was perfectly fine 5 hours ago now it's doing this and I can't pin point the problem myself. Help please. Is it an OS problem or a laptop problem? Also how do I fix this problem? My laptop has no disk drive.

Solved my own problem, had to press ctrl alt del and open task manager. Then open control panel through the task manager. Activate the guest account, sign out, log on to guest account and do a system restore to 3 days ago.
