Broken trackpad...its the cherry on the crappy wifi cake.

Anybody having trackpad issues with the wifi issues? Just received my Aspire S7 a week ago from Newegg.com and my trackpad just stopped working. It does nothing. Tried driver uninstall/re-install, tried wiping to original state. No dice. It is gone. Contacted Newegg.com, ..."sorry, we cannot give you a refund because Acer does not refund them for defective units, best we can do is issue an RMA try to fix." Nice. $1600 and i have a ultrabook with wifi that cannot stay connected for more then 2 minutes and a broken trackpad. Now i know why Acer provides the blutooth mouse. I want to like this ultrabook but im having a hard time with what i received for my money.
