Messed up Recovery Partition X3475

I have a real problem here.

In our company I bought two X3475's.

One was messed up by a "PC expert guy" from outside our company.

He tried to downgrade the PC to Windows 7 and failed. After this he installed Windows 8 build 9200 from an unknown source and it is not activated yet.

I wanted to do a factory reset with the recovery cd I made earlier before, but it doesn't recognize the CD as a recovery CD (probably because it's the Acer recovery CD instead of the Build 9200 Windows version).

I think the "PC expert guy" messed up something with the GPT when he tried to install Windows7

So I think there a 2 options.

1 - Activate the "Push button Reset" partition to boot from there instead of C (Is this possible and how do I manage that?

2 - Copy a partition from the other healthy X3475 in our company to USB or external HDD and overwrite the partition of the "unhealthy" PC with that. But which partition do I need and what is the best way to do this, even if it's possible?

Or is there an other way to get the PC back to it's original state?

This is how the partitions on the HDD look like. (I've made the D: (DATA) partition myself.)

Easiest way to restore the system is with the recovery media you made.

@ Acer-Tommy That's the first thing I tried, but as a wrote before : "I wanted to do a factory reset with the recovery cd I made earlier before, but it doesn't recognize the CD as a recovery CD (probably because it's the Acer recovery CD instead of the Build 9200 Windows version)."

That is why you need to read the instructions on recovering a system with Windows 8.

You cannot just boot from optical media without changing the Secure Boot status in UEFI.

Well I want to report that I managed to restore the PC just last week!
It took many many frustrating hours and money.
The first thing I've done was ordering new Acer recorvery DVD's. After installing the DVD's Windows 8 was fine.
After that I upgraded from the Windows Store to Windows8.1.
Unfortantly the PC could't boot up anymore at the end of the procedure and asked for a bootable medium.
Again I had to install Windows 8 from the Acer DVD's but that didn't work anymore. I tried it about 4-5 times and got the message : Error 0x3 : The system cannot find the path specified or Error0x17 : cyclic redundancy check!!
I was short from trashing the PC!

Then I did what a suggested in my first message:

Copy the partitions from the other "healthy" X3475 in our company to the HDD using the programm Clone HDD and overwrote all the partitions of the "unhealthy" PC with that.

And it worked! I did a complete factory reset, did the 8.1 upgrade and the PC works fine.
Also the Windows product-id is different because this is stored in the BIOS/UEFI
