Hi,

I bought a S3-391 refurbished.

I got a virus, ceaned it, but computer becomes slow. So I tried to make a factory reset, but Alt-F10 does not work ("no booting device") and I forgot to build a factory recovery media when I got the computer.

Anybody could help me?

    Hi jcpoussin!

As your S3 was a refurb, it may have a different hard drive from the original, which would explain the apparent lack of recovery partition.

Contact Acer support for your region, who should be able to supply you with recovery media for your laptop.

    Hope this helps!

I have bought Aspire S3-391. There was only 1 partition of 450gb. I tried making partitions but couldnt make partitions. Actually the system was 500gb. 50 gb was not visible. so i tried different things to find the invisible 50gb space but failed and also my system crashed.

i reinstalled windows 7 but somehow actual recovery system which came with my acer aspire s3-391 couldnot be installed. Also start is slow and volume is also very low. volume is full but can hardly hear the songs/movies while viewing.

How to install the actual software which came with my laptop at tym of purchase.

I have tried to contact my dealer but they say that the software which came installed once deleted cant be reinstalled.

    has anyone got the software
