software download for ACER AL2616W 1080p monitor.

Hi

I am trying to get a download of the firmware and software fo my ACER AL2616 with 1080p. The website tates that the serial and other numbers are on the back on a white sticker but I don't see any sticker. The software that should give me the numbers does not work. The 2616W does not appear on the menu. I need the XP version of the software. I need the downloads because I am getting a pink line in one side of the monitor (and not on the other monitor). I would loke to renew the firmware and drivers and update while I am at it.

This is a great monitor and I want to keep it going. Any info would help since there is no way to ask ACER. Sad that they won't even comunicate with customers once the waranry is up.

Hi

Finally got around to trying to install that file and the link leads only to the Gateway site support. Gateway's site does not recognize that model #. Anybody have any other ideas? It is a great monitor, it just has a porple stripe running down the screen most of the time.
