I received a iconiatab a500 "as a gift" with so much bloatware (I think that's what they call it) that has left the tablet almost useless. The tablet itself seems to have everything I would want in a tablet but there is so much advertising and programs wanting to somehow get me to purchase services and/or products that has left the tablet so resource hungry that I have a hard time even performing the simplest task without slowing down to "snail speed". It is sad that I would look for a replacement when I have this potentially good product but is Googled and Acered to this degree. I looked into reflashing the tablet but wonder if its worth the risk of bricking it. After already owning a Kindle Fire (first generation) I am currently looking at a Kindle Fire HDX that I am confident will operate circles around your tablet build. In conclusion, I hope this message gets to the correct level and taken for what's its worth. I will never buy another Acer product again. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Eric
