    I presume your laptop was bought new and not reconditioned or used?

     

    If you have your receipt for your laptop, this can't be disputed. Speak to the store you bought it from, and also email a copy to Customer support so they can see this is true.

     

    Did you register your laptop with Acer when you first bought it?

    If you contact technical support, they should be able to help you sort it out and get it supported for the length of it's proper warranty.
