Acer where is your windows 8 product key tag

Where is the tag situated and where are the OS cd/dvd's

Is there any ACER SUPPORT here or is this an unofficial acer site.

There is no documentation included in the box either.

The product key is embedded in the system. There is no longer a COA sticker or need for a key as embedding makes this unnecessary.
This is a new Microsoft initiative. Should you ever need to reinstall (the OS media is provided in a recovery partition) or update, this will install without requesting a key.
Note that it will only succeed with the Acer supplied OS. Should you, for any reason, load a retail version then you would need to use the key provided with that software.
