Ok, I have a NEW Acer Iconis W510-1432 Tablet and it would not boot up I sent it in to Acer Repair center and had a Case # and all of that . Every time for the past 9 days I go on line to jueck the status of the repair al it says "Received" so I chat with Tech support and they would not even contact them in Tx. to see if it is even being worked on and they would not even let me contact them...... What kind of service is this? This is a Brand New Tablet not even 1 hr. old. Acer Support SUCKS..... I have never had a support center where you as the customer could not even contact them to check on your product. Is this just me or has this happen to anyone else??? At this point I do not know what to do. How can I get this resolved anyone please.....
