What is the easiest way to contact Acer to let them know I want to cancel a support request? I made arrangements with them to return my netbook for repair, because the touchpad was no longer working. The "technician" asked me what I had done to verify it wasn't working, then prepared and emailed me the documentation to return it. Not once did he mention that there is a function key combination (Fn F7) that disables the touchpad, and I discovered it accidentally when I was trying to turn the sound down in a darkened room. Needless to say, everything is working fine, and the last thing I want to do is sit on hold on the phone with Acer.
