Panne de lecteur CD rom

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps... impossible d'utiliser le lecteur CD Rom.... qui est d'ailleurs signalé en panne par au panneau "périphèriques et imprimantes". J'ai déjà tenté de réinstaller le pilote suggéré pour la résolution de cette panne... mais le problème subsiste.

Merci de me donner vos avis et expériences de dépannage.

PS: Le Pc portable Acer mod. Aspire 5732z n'a subit aucun accident (choc ou autres) !
