Acer Support Issue
Hello,
I did try to get help from an acer representative two nights ago with a acer apire touch issue. They told me to send in the product and they will give me instructions by email. I have not received that email. I am wondering what to do now? I have done something afterwards that the representative failed to tell me (They missed a step). That is after pressing F12 and going into the boot screen to find the usb, press F6 to move it to number one.
Anyway, the laptop still has issues and I want to bring it back to the place that I bought it so that they can fix it. The problem is that they need a confirmation number and one of the Canadian addresses so that they can send it in case they can't fix it. Now what do I do?
