How to turn off backlit on W700?

Hi, there. I have a problem on my W700. How do I turn of my backlit?

I need the system running and I have to stay on desktop.

Can I just turn off the backlit instead of shut off the LCD ?

I know Ring can do that but after I update to windows8.1 Ring is totallly not working. Customer sverice said I have to wait until acer update the ring, or I need to roll back to windows8

I heart someone said Fn+F6 can turn off the backlit on W510 but the keyboard comes with W700 doesn't have a indepandent F6 key. I need to press Fn+6 to activate F6 which I don't have another Fn key to press.

Is there anyway that I can just shut off the backlit?

just set screen off after 1 minute in the power setting, make sure sleep isn't set. leave the tablet for 1 minutes and just the screen will go off. i leave mine like this for ages to download etc
