Am using broadband connection. Getting the wifi signal (all five bars) but didnt get connected

am unable to get connected to the wifi. when trouble shooting am getting a message Windows Network Diagnostics Publisher details

Problem with wireless adapter or access point Not fixed

 

Investigate router or access point issues -- Failed

Reset the wireless adapter -- Completed

Refer to Windows Help and Support for more information about wireless connectivity problems -- Completed

    It does not appear that it is able to access the router or access point.

     

    What type of network are you connecting to?  802.11a/b/g/n?

    Do you have encryption set up on the network?

    Have you reset the router/AP?

    What else have you done to troubleshoot the issue?
