Average turn around time for tablet service?

Hey again folks:

I recently sent back a 3 week old A1-810-L888 Android Tablet to Acer's repair depot in Temple Texas.

It had got caught in the DREADED BOOT LOOP!!!!   Cat Mad

And I was wondering what the average turn around time was from the time Acer gets it and it's sent on it's way back to me?

I can not quite understand why after searching so many different Acer related forums including this one, Why Acer has not issued a firmware update to stop this issue with so many tablets.

When I started the OS Update Process from Acer's servers shortly after I got the tablet up and running I had at least 7 different updates that need to be downloaded and applied which I had did.

I also tried everything that I could find on this problem and tried a COLD/HARD ReSet to fix this problem before sending it back and it still didn't fix it.

ACER for the sake of everyones sanity on the use of a otherwise "GREAT" Tablet, PLEASE, PLEASE Fix this problem.

I'm begging you, I don't have the time or the $20 to send my tablet in to be fixed every 3 or so weeks....  Cat Frustrated

Thanks: Ricky

I sent mine with battery issues  on 12/5/2014 and got it back on 01/13.  Got it back and it was bootlooping and they are making me wait a full week before they will talk to me about my problem.

    You've got to be kidding?

They have you send it in for one thing and then ity comes back "BROKE" with another problem.

Then make you wait a week before talking with you about it?

That's a crock, I suppose they will make you pay to send it back again?

When they are the ones that messed it up this time.

AllI can say is look at this link to see if you can find something that might allow you to fix your tablet yourself.
