Error 651 acer aspire x3200

Hello to all!
it's been 2 weeks , it is impossible for me to connect to the internet (651 error) with my acer aspire x3200.
Yet the connection works because I plugged my other laptop there.
I uninstalled and reinstalled ethernet => nothing change
do a restore to date or it worked => nothing change
searching on the net I have not found an answer, so I can post a message, hoping someone can help me and thank you in advance

I'm going to assume that you have an Acer Aspire X3200 shipping with Windows Vista 64-bit.

 

Have you attempted anything recommended by Microsoft for this error?

You also need to tell us how you are connecting to the internet. 

Do you have a router?

Have you reset both the router and modem?

Are you setting static IPs?

Have you reset the IP addresses on the computer?

What updates were applied prior to this function ceasing?
