Acer Iconia support - disgusted

May 2013 I phoned Acer support to have my tablet sent in as it was not charging. Shortly after this we moved and the tablet got lost in the bottom of a box somewhere. 

 

Dec 09,2013 - Tablet located - phoned Acer support almost every day trying to get a new repair ticket number - only to be told on numerous occasions that they were having a problem with the system and to phone back again tomorrow. I was also told, not to worry, that my tablet would be covered because I contacted them before the warranty expiration (Dec 26,2013).

 

Dec 29,2013 - Just got back from Christmas holidays tried phoning Acer support - cannot get service as the system kicks me out because I'm now out of warranty. ...

 

...man I feel like I was lied to
