Acer Aspire ONE overheated and will not turn on again.

Hello. 

I woke up today, I leftmy laptop on over night. *Sigh* stupid choice,

But my screen is completely blacked out, the laptop still feels warm, and it will not turn on. I have checked to see that the charger was working and such, all of the things are off. Lights. etc. blacked out. It is not showing me that my laptop is charging and will not turn on. help?
