Problem with freezing screen Acer Iconia w511

Hi, Can anyone help me with this issue please? 

I've purchased the Acer Iconia W5 11 a second time with the same problem where the screen is not responsive to my touch and occaionally freezes and the only way to resolove it is by clicking the escape button. (I've had it for 3 weeks!) Obviously this is annoying as sometimes I am without the keyboard so can't do this all the time.

I had purchased it the first time and had it sent to repair, they said the motherboard was not working, when it was returned many weeks later, the whole system and windows was not activated! So it got sent back again and thats where I requested a new one. Now this has come, there is still a problem and I'm wondering whether to return it completely and get something else, or if theres anything I can do to resoLve it rather then have it go through the weeks of repair ??

Sounds like you may need to send it back to Acer for another repair. If you can return it through the place you bought it, that may be the best option for you. I would contact Acer, and the place you bought it, and see what each can offer.
