Are Acer T232HL and T272HL stands removable for VESA mounting?

Hello, everyone.

 

I'm considering purchasing either the Acer T232HL or T272HL, however one of my requirements is that the display will be mounted on a monitor arm. I understand both of these are VESA compatible, but I can't find any definitive information on whether the stand is removable. A couple reviews on Amazon seem to indicate it is removable on the T232HL. I've found next to nothing on the other model. The manuals don't specify this detail either that I can see.

 

Please, If anyone owns either of these monitors or has accurate knowledge of them, Could you let me know if the stand on back can be removed or not. I'd be grateful for your assistance in getting to the bottom of this.

The stands on both monitors are removable. Its the same thing, just different screen size.
