Hi, I have an acer aspire all in one and I just bought and installed the windows 8 upgrade from the Microsoft site. It installed a "system checker" 1st which reported a few potential minor issues but none of them were touch screen or wifi related. after upgrade both the wifi or touch screen are not working at all!! Great start Microsoft ! Why can't you just work?'  Anyway - I've googled a bit and found this is regular and that I should have installed a pre-upgrade pack from acer 1st?  Is is true as I can't find it anywhere and I wonder if it exists can someone point me in the right direction and also let me know if I can install it now that I've already installed  windows8 ! Thanks all

Freeza...many thanks for your help!  all working now and Windows 8 works well on this device!  I also had to upgrade the driver for the Wireless Card to get that working and found them on this page along with the touch driver you sent me!  thanks again. http://www.acer.co.uk/ac/en/GB/content/drivers

    Good day

I might help you with the solution to the touch, provided that you furnish me with the model of the machine that you are using.

    Hi Freeza

could you help me as well?  I have an Aspire Z5801 and have had a lot of problems with my touch screen.  If you have a driver that might help me as well, that would be a godsend!
