Why do the short cut keys switch on automatically? I can't turrn it off..

As much as I love my new Aspire V5, there are a few things which are rather annoying... and I am hoping someone here might be able to give me insight as to why this happen..

 

Whenever I turn on my Acer , after it loads, the "H" key doesn't work instead, it turns on "Share" on the right hand side. Actually a few keys don't work. I've researched on Windows forum and they say just press Ctrl+Shift+* or Winndows key. I've tried both and it doesn't work. I have to bang away on the Ctrl , Fn, Windows, Alt key a few times and then its back to normal. Why does this happen? And whats a sure way that it won't happen again..?

That very much sounds like a "stuck key" issue.
