I put my emachine in to get the usb ports fixed with service west, it was still under warranty, that was over a month ago, after two weeks i called to ask what was happening as i hadnt heard anything they told me they were waiting on parts, another 2 weeks went by so i called again and they told me they put in a new mother board but then the start button was not responding and that another part was faulty so they were waiting on parts again a week later i called again and they told me they couldnt figure out what was wrong so they were sending it to Acer to see if they could fix it, that was a couple of weekes ago and i still have not heard anything. I am paying for internet i cannot use and i am doing a course that i need to do assignments for, its getting beyond a joke now, is there anyway i can contact Acer myself to find out what is happening to my computer!!??
