V3 571 Bluetooth has stopped connecting

Hi. Have tried for hours to sort this out but without success.

Win ver says Windows 8.1.

 

Device manager says:

Bluetooth USB Module  - Qualcomm Atheros Communications Driver 8.0.1.305

Bose Soundlink Mobile Speaker II   - Microsoft Driver 6.3.9600.16421

Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator - Microsoft Driver 6.3.9600.16421

Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator - Microsoft Driver 6.3.9600.16384

 

Advice appreciated.

    When did it stop connecting?

    Mine too,

    I've spent hours trying to connect my new Bose SoundLink Mini without success.

    The bluetooth recognises the device, it pairs and then appears to begin to download a driver, then stops and won't connect.

    Phone and other devices connect fine it only seems to be this laptop that doesn't.

     

    ACER V3-571G

    Windows 8.1

    Pretty sure all the drivers are up to date.

    I would suggest that you attempt to look at the Bose SoundLink Mini support site for a driver to install.

     

    It sounds like it is pairing properly, so there's not much I can suggest from the Acer side.
