Dusts under the screen

Hello everybody,

 

Last week, I sent my tablet Acer W3-810 for dusts under the screen. One week after, I receive my tablet with a new LCD screen. Today, new dusts under the screen. Are you this problem? I think my tablet return to repair service. I want to write a letter at Acer. It's not possible Acer to make screen sealed, when no dusts under the screen.

 

Sorry for my english, I'm French, and I hate Google traduction.

    I'm sorry you're having this issue.  I'm unaware of this being an issue on this system.

     

    My best recommendation would be to contact your local technical support center for assistance.
