I just got the laptop from Taiwan for about 3 months,
but i can't even charge it......
I am an exchange student in the US now,
and i can not speak English so well,
so i checked the web that i can talk in Chinese with customer service,
but it is on work days and the time i can not talk on the phone. What should i do Smiley Sad

    You need to contact support, from the US support page. 

     

    I would suggest using chat or the web form to get help with the system.
