Fustrated that I have respectfully requested warrenty reairs 3 times and its still not fixed

yesterday I recieved my acer aspire laptop back from warrenty repairs for the 3rd time and it seems to have more problems than the first time I sent it in, a yr ago I thought acer was top of the line my laptop was fast and it preformed all task I needed until later on and I have lost all confidence in acers warrenty repair dept, December is one of the busiest months for sales which I have no sales because i have been busy shipping my laptop back and forth to try and get a resolution,,,I lIKE MY ACER LAPTOP AND WHEN IT WORKS IT PREFORMED WELL HOWEVER MY TIME IS JUST AS VALUABLE AS ANYONE AT ACER BUT I HAVE WASTED MANY HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH ACER AS WELL AS BURNT GAS MAILING IT BACK IN FOR WARRENTY REPAIRS AS WELL AS SPENT OVER $30 MAILING IT BACK TO THEM THE FIRST TIME I WAS INFORMED ALL THEY COULD DO FOR ME WAS PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING WHOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOO, 15 MINS AFTER TAKING IT OUT OF THE BOX IT JUST SHUT ITSSELF DOWN, AND NO IT WAS NOT OVER HEATING AFTER THE SECOND TIME OF RECIEVING MY ACER BACK I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD PUT THERE TOP TECHNICIAN ON MY LAPTOP I WONDERED WHY ALL THERE TECHS WERE NOT TOP NOTCH,,,I AM NOT A TECH BUT I KNOW WHEN MY LAPTOP IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, I AM VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I HAVE RECIEVED WHAT CAN BE DONE TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM....PERSONALLY I FEEL AFTER MY TIME,GAS, AND LOST SALES THAT ACER SHOULD GLADLY REPLACE MY UNIT WITH A BRAND NEW AND AND A BETTER ACER LAPTOP,,,I WAS SO EMBARASSED TO HAVE A POTENTIAL BUSINESS PARTNER SITTING IN MY LIVING ROOM BUT WITH THE DISTRACTION OF THE EXISTING PROBLEMS WITH MY ACER PRODUCT I MAY HAVE LOST THE PARTERNERSHIP AND GOD ONLY KNOWS THE LOST SALES I HAVE LOST I AM WONDERING WILL I EVER BUY AN ACER PRODUCT AGAIN AT THIS POINT I HAVE LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN THE WARRENTY REPAIR DEPT I AM SORRY TO SAY I AM UNHAPPY AND DISSAPOINTED

    Its best to take this up with your local Acer Repairs Manager and ask them for alternative solution. Definately this is unacceptable and Acer should provide a solution that will better suite you and not them!
