I have an acer all in one and what happens is sometimes when i switch it on there is no beep and it continues to boot to windows but my wireless mouse and key board dont work. If i then shut it down with the on button and restart it beeps and continues to windows but i still dont have mouse or keyboard control. If i then reboot using the on button it does not beep and the same thing happens. But sometimes when it boots into windows i have control but it takes alot of switching off and on to get to this, can anyone help, thanks

tech support was a waste of time, they wanted me to pay out of warranty to get it collected and repaired, so i dug a bit deeper in to why this is happening. Using DPC latency checker i noticed it was sipiking most of the time so i had to find out what was causing this, so i formated the machine and reinstalled windows and one by one i installed programs as the latecy checker was fine when i first booted up. Because of this i found out that malwarebytes program was causing the spikes so i took it back off and its been fine ever since, thanks for getting back to me anyway.
