Im new to the boards. Grandad passed his Oconia W500 windows tab onto my daughter as a 'gift' after he bought an ipad.

More like a curse.

Was workign fine then for no reason internt/wifi gone.

I mean Gone!

When I go to device control bluetooth is there but no wifi. Im no expert tried some drivers etc... but there seems to be a problem with network adapter.

Please help spent hours googling with no avail.

    hi..

You can enable Wi-Fi and connect to an access point using these steps:
Select Apps, Settings, Wireless & networks, and verify Wi-Fi has a checkmark indicating it is on.
    Select Wi-Fi settings.
Select the>wireless access point you wish to connect to
Enter the password, if necessary, and then select Connect.

If you are still unable to connect perfrom a hardware reset, to do this simply use a small, thin object, such as a paperclip, to press the recessed reset button located on the bottom of the tablet.
