Refurbished and under warranty: where's my support?!

My refurbished Acer Aspire S3-391-8048 that I purchased on 10/23 and received on 11/4 currently does not turn on and gives me a "Your PC needs repair. Contact your PC manufacturer" notice. However, Acer's automated support does not recognize my snid or serial number. Where do I get support for refurb?

    You should have gotten a piece of paper in the box. It probably wasnt from Acer but a licensed remanufacturer. You would have to send it back to that company for repairs.
