Acer Aspire E1-571 bluetooth and webcam not working

Hi,

I have bought the acer aspire E1-571 2328M notebook about 2 months back.

First to my surprise I discovered there is no bluetooth adapter in the notebook which I took for granted that would be there for sure. Now, when I thought of using the so called HD camera, I discovered that it only works with Skype where as the driver for the camera doesnt get detected in the gmail video chat or facebook video chat.

Could you please come up with a solution for the same as I have tried downloading every single camera driver I knew.

By the way I currently have windows 7 installed on my notebook. A quick reply would be highly appreciated

Please provide the part number of the system, 2328M is not part of the system model that I can find.

I can certainly look up if the system ships with bluetooth or not.

 

For the camera, it sounds like a configuration issue with the application you are using.

The camera is working in Skype.
