I bought a computer about 3 years ago a acer inspire I sent it to you to be fixed when on warranty you said it was fixed and sent it back I now have it in a computer shop to be fixed because you did not replace my bad hard drive I tryed to get hold of a supervisor and even couldn't talk to some one unless I have a warranty you really should change that I feel you should pay for my computer to be fixed since I sent it to you when on warranty and you did not fix it I would really preciate talking to a supervisor this has been going on for a year and a half since you guys supposedly fix it and the computer place said its being going on its going cost me over 200 dollars I want a supervisor to contact me immediately contact me at
